As part of ongoing efforts to improve the functional and technical readiness of the Last Mile product and its out-of-the-box implementation speed and quality, R&D has worked on User Assistance Documentation. This documentation provides users with the knowledge they need to operate the system and it includes the most common use cases supported by the product. This information will help any user or consultant to better understand what capabilities the product supports and how to work with the system to perform the related use cases.
