As of September 15th, DELMIA Quintiq software is officially certified for integration with SAP S/4 HANA. This is an important milestone as many of DELMIA Quintiq customers use SAP S/4 HANA or will be migrating to this version in the near future.

Publication of certificate and logo

The certificate will be published on sap.com/csd where Dassault Systemes is listed as "certified solution provider". In commercial presentations, DELMIA Quintiq is now allowed to use the SAP certified logo:

Certified functions

The following functions are certified:

• Download workcenters
• Download production orders and details
• Upload scheduled dates/times to SAP
• Compatible with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition
• Works with RISE with SAP
• Integration with SAP S/4HANA 2021

Certification scenario and implementation

For the demonstration of integration with SAP, a typical production scheduling scenario was implemented:

1. download workcenters and production orders

2. schedule production order operations in DELMIA Quintiq

3. upload scheduled date/times to SAP

For the implementation, two different technologies were used. RFC integration via the SAP Java connector and SOAP integration. The test and demonstration were performed on a rented SAP (RAC) environment with dummy data.
