A while ago I shared the key business processes supported by the Last Mile Optimization IPE (link) as well as providing a video demonstrating how the Last Mile product supports those processes and some of the key capabilities in the product (link). One of the next steps discussed in the post about the business processes was to update the Last Mile product with the missing capabilities allowing it to fully support the processes of the IPE. Some of those capabilities have now been included in the product as part of the latest release (2021 Refresh2). The release highlights can be found below.

Expectation is that the remaining features will be included in future releases.
