You want to use Managed DSLS licensing system.
Very first action to perform
you need to check that your IT environment is eligible to use Managed DSLS.
For that our Eligibility Checker tool (downloadable from https://www.3ds.com/support/cloud/eligibility/managed-dsls) makes the job.
Eligibility checker evaluates if a computer (this concerns all the computers that are running Ortems processes) is eligible to Managed DSLS and after analysis, returns a screen similar to the following one:
In case of issue to solve
you will see a red flag in the “Status” column. Of course, some explanation and solution can be found in the “Expected Prerequisites” column that offers a hyperlink for that.
However sometimes it does not allow to solve the issue
