We’re pleased to announce that DELMIA Quintiq Mobile Client (DQMC) v1.2.0 is now available.

Updated features and fixes:

General

• Standardize display of API error details during login and logout process.
• Fix an issue where app might crash when receiving component definition without data defined.
• Added app feature to allow customization of the logout confirmation dialog.
• Fixed page visualization when the device is offline and page data API is not available. Instead of showing empty components, the page will now show a warning text that indicates there are no offline data available.
• Added support for exporting and sharing log files through multiple mobile apps, not just email.

• Increase default timeout for standard login APIs from 5 seconds to 10 seconds. This allows DQMC app to have longer waiting time during login when there are network load balancing on its requests.

   

Android OS

• Added support for 16KB page size to comply with Android guidelines.
• Added confirmation dialog when user exiting the app in the android device and redirect user to the homepage if the session is still valid.
• Fixed an issue on Android that could cause the app to crash when returning from the background.

iOS

• Improved export logs feature, users will now see an error message if export fails.
• Enhanced the SAML redirect webpage for iOS so the "Back to DELMIA app" link is always visible.

Web App

• Fixed layout issues for ListView and Dropdown components in the Web App.
• Resolved a login issue occurring when the DQMC web app is hosted and accessed over HTTP instead of HTTPS.

Action

• Introduce send email component action. Users may now configure a component to send email. 
  QMC Migration library is updated to migrate such configuration from QMC app.

Bottom Tab Bar

• Added support for setting different initial tab in bottom tab navigation bar.

Calendar

• Fixed a sorting issue in the Calendar’s month view where events were not ordered correctly by time.
• Fixed a bug where events on the first day of the month could be filtered out.
• Fixed an issue in the Calendar component where some events took the full width, causing overlapping in week mode.
• Designers can now toggle calendar event export and customize the button text.
• Added new customization options to the Add Calendar Event action, allowing to customize the title, dates and messages through the Designer.
• Optimize calendar event visualization in month view. The calendar events will now expand or shrink in size accordingly based on its text content.
  New configuration parameters are introduced for min/max height for a calendar event.

• Improved readability for calendar event text content, additional space is added between the text and edge of calendar event.  

Date Picker

• DQMC parsing and handling of date value is aligned to QMC's design: Date picker and day report gantt chart will parse initial value (given as unix timestamp) purely as a date, disregarding timezone.
• Resolved an issue where datetime picker return unknown value if user did not selected new value.
• Added support for these languages (English (en), French (fr), German (de), Italian (it), Japanese (ja), Korean (ko), Chinese (zh), Arabic (ar), Dutch (nl), Spanish (es), Indonesian (id), and Russian (ru)) for DatetimePicker in iOS.

Date Time Range Picker

• Added new date range component that allows users to maintain a range during start and end date selection.

Icon

• Fixed issues where certain icon types were not properly supported.
• Increased the tappable area of the notification icon to improve usability.
• Introduced support for custom icons.

Label

• Added italic font styling to label component.

List View

• Added support for changing the multi-select behavior of the list view between always-on, edit mode, and long-press.
• Enabled translation support for ListView grouping.

Map View

• Resolved an Android crash in DQMC triggered by invalid component configuration values for font size or icon size (0 or negative).

Offline mode

• Introduce default value binding for API related component data and action parameters. Default value will be applicable when the main binding does not have value.

Photo Capture

• Fixed a scaling issue in the Photo Capture component that prevented images from fitting the device correctly.
• Added functionality for edit and read-only modes in the Photo Capture component.

Authentication

• Addressed a problem preventing offline login from working correctly.
• Improved error messaging when SAML authentication succeeds on the IDP server but cannot complete due to Quintiq user configuration issues.
• Added functionality allowing users to specify their preferred browser for SAML authentication.
• Fixed a deep link handling issue that caused users to be redirected to the login page.

Sortable

• Fixed a display issue in the Sortable component.
