It is now feasible to generate Stock orders in collaborative mode upon closing or completing a Work Order (WO). This functionality is exclusively available in SRP modules.

Prior to DELMIA Ortems R2026, the collaborative mode facilitated either the WO completion or the WO closure including the removal of items, routings, and operations.

Now, the system enables collaborative users to create Stock Orders, extending a functionality that was formerly limited to Planner users.

Similar to other collaborative events, the collaborative users must confirm their changes before closing the planning; otherwise, the stock order generation will not be saved.

Ultimately, the Planner is required to validate collaborative modifications within the Event Manager, unless the system configuration is set to implicitly approve all changes automatically.
