Agile is a buzz word that seems to be very popular these days. Agile means different things to different people within different businesses and organizations. 

Agile is a methodology that DELMIA is using more and more to execute projects. The collaboration & expectations of the stakeholders are managed and delivered in iterations.

In general, agile is a set of values and principles. It is a collection of beliefs that teams can use for making decisions about how to do the work. The decision-making process is how a team becomes Agile.

Although this is something very basic, it is very important to understand what Agile is. Going back to basics to continuously understand the term Agile will help keep us on track with the concept.
