1.When do we see dedicated strategies for deburring in milling. Like Mastercam Deburr or Hypermill chamfer functions. It's more crucial than ever to get the parts deburred in the machine and without spending days of programming this.
2. Will there ever be a strategy like the Hypermill 5axis helical drilling. With automatic collision control and lead and tilt through the hole, optionally as an approach macro for roughing operation.
3. Do we get an option in Roughing with concentric toolpath to get dynamic linking paths between the milling paths. When I use the concentric toolpath in roughing I often get a lot of retract motions to safety plane, of course some of them are necessary, but it slows down the machine because of the acceleration/deceleration of the axis drives. often a lot of those lifts could be avoided if tool stays in the same height but just raised the feed and goes dynamically around the part in a soft path to the start of next path. This would help keeping the feed up on the machine and reduce machining time.
4. Is there any plans to do chip-thickness control as an option to normal feed control. Especially with the concentric toolpaths styles. This will get more constant load on the tool than a constant feed. Reduced machining time, and better lifetime of the tools.
