'AutoSequencingRuleSet.3xdml' is a file located in your installation folder '.......\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\B425_Cloud\\win_b64\\startup\\Manufacturing\\Samples\\AutoSequence' 

This is used to automatically reduce tool changes and consolidate machining operations that use same tools.
