the two blue holes are the result of a single hole operation.
the two yellow and green holes are coaxial and the result of two different hole operations.

when I launch the hole, feature recognition

it recognizes only 2 holes

identified with the full width of the part as the thickness

and when applying an axial operation on the maf, it only considers 2holes
