Often, when using 3DLean, a question that arrives is : "can we do analytics on the actions ?". Here, the idea is to know how much actions are open, closed, what is their Lead time, which team member has the most actions etc.
The answer is yes, we can get such information, as we showed few years ago during Manufacturing in the Age Of Experience event, using NETVIBES solution. It gives a complete overview of team performance.

Keep in mind that in Lean, actions exist to be closed and to improve the situation. it means that datas should help to chose the right action to close, and to improve performance.

Here I will show you 2 use cases :

1- In a Team Board

As a Team Board owner, I want to evaluate the capacity of my team to do actions in order to improve it.

Go in your Team Board's action log, and click on the 6Wtags. Here, you see all the tags = Standards one + the one you created using action log config file.

Now, according to what I want to know, I select a specific tag.

I want to know how much action I closed per year : I select "done" Action log zone and I chose the chart presentation in Creation date. 

I precise that to get such datas, I didn't delete my actions from "done" area since more than a year.

2- Personnaly, I want to sort my own actions

As a member of several teams, there are a lot of actions I am responsible of. I would like to sort it.

I chose to filter by priority to deal with urgent actions : on 83 actions, only 2 remain :

I can rather prefer to see which action are waiting since long time. I then select "waiting" zone and I display a chart of the actions creation date :

I can then select "2021" and concentrate my efforts on those 2 actions.
