📍On October 11, we invite our CATIA users to our CONCEPT ENGINEERING COMMUNITY DAY!

Located in Wayne state university in Detroit (USA), it was a great way to learn about concept design and engineering. There was a very intellectual, insightful and often blunt discussions about the current and future state of concept engineering.

⚡️ The three panelists and customers, John Cooper from Delorean, Jorgen Hilman from Ford and Subbi Pisupati from Stellantis as well as an excellent moderator Edward Ladzinski from SMS Think Tank did a fantastic job informing and answering tough questions.

This day also gave attendees the current development, journey and vision of Dassault Systèmes Solutions of how to address the challenges of concept structure engineering. In addition, there were lots interesting customer presentations on Vehicle Architecture Exploration, Parametric Design and structural optimization.

👍 We dedicated a part of this day for live trainings. The Hands On sessions seemed to be a hit to Experience for the first time, latest technology developed by CATIA and SIMULIA, which unifies Modeling & Simulation for the conceptual design and exploration of structures.

🌮☕️ The day was filled with social and networking gathering to meet new friends, catch up with old friends and share each other’s experiences.

Personally, I’ll be looking forward to the next one
