Hello everyone,

On the occasion of the World Creativity and Innovation Day, I'm sharing again with you a project I started some time ago and which highlights the adaptability and relevance of our favorite tools for unusual projects.

Attached to the Brittany region in France, and bagpiper in a traditional music band (Bagad Karaez), it is quite naturally that I wanted to combine my two passions: digital engineering and music.

Some time ago, I undertook on a personal basis the development of a complete bagpipe, in collaboration with recognized specialists while paying particular attention to the internal geometry of the instrument, in particular by numerical simulation.

This is also the occasion to share with you a new project that shares the same development approach, the bombard.
The bagpipe and the bombard form a popular instrumental duo specific to Brittany.

A great adventure that demonstrates the power of digital technology for innovation, but above all, that nothing is inaccessible by being supported by the right peoples and using the right tools!
