For this stage of the project:
The part was modeled from mesh data by Alireza Nouri,
And I handled the complete mold design and project management from design to manufacturing.
This mold was designed with an 8-cavity layout and an ejector plate system, using PP Z30S as the part material. The design focused on proper shrinkage control, balanced cooling, and selecting a suitable gating approach to achieve stable part quality during production.
