I saw that title block is still interesting for some of us :). So, I was curious if I can use and modify the title block Drawing_Titleblock_Sample1.CATScript from the installation folder of the 3DX platform (2022x cloud). 

Before other things, I have to say that the macro is running well if you are using inside Page Layout, as it was done initially. If you will import that macro inside a VBS library in 3DX, this will give you an error. I have done some minor modifications and I was able to run it, you can find that macro attached here, you can start from here to make your own title block macro.

Still, I would recommend @SI advice, to use Table Template, which I believe is much more advantageous. 

For me, it was just an exercise, maybe I will do something else in the future :). Anyway, during the "exercise", I noticed several new things (for me) in the last update (see video attached). Maybe it will be good for the CATIA R&D team from time to time to ask about user experience in different apps as other brands are doing.
