We need to retrieve SW assemblies from a client using 3DX in order to convert them. However, we are encountering difficulties.
Indeed, the links are not found and the assemblies do not appear. However, the E-Drawing viewer (free soft of SW) manages to display all the assemblies (it finds the links and the positions, unlike 3DX).
Would it be possible to get support on this issue?
