For this project, we started by 3D scanning the full interior of the FJ Cruiser, capturing every surface and contour with high precision.
Based on that scan, we designed a custom roll cage structure perfectly adapted to the vehicle’s geometry , ensuring both fit accuracy and safety performance.
All tubes were then laser-cut, bent, and assembled exactly according to the digital model , turning a virtual design into a real, functional structure.
A great experience bringing together reverse engineering, digital design, and hands-on fabrication in one workflow.
