What is offered & how it serves

SHM_RolledWall_Enhancement

This enhancement allows the user to define/select an unfold reference point on the input sketch for Rolled Wall feature. Before this enhancement, user could only select the sketch start point/sketch end point/sketch mid-point as an unfold reference.

SHM_WOE_R2021xFD02

When a multi Wall on Edge (WOE) is created, the user has a capability to swap the limits of each edges independently among the selected edges. Earlier to this enhancement, limits of all the selected edges were swapped.

SHM_ Mirror_Simplification

This enhancement targets to simplify the result faces after mirror operation. This also improves some workflows that were earlier restricted (e.g., flange propagation on the mirror body).

SMD_DXFCommand_Rearchitecture

In order to eliminate the packaging dependency on DELMIA, the discretization algorithm is changed in CATIA Sheet Metal Design. Also with this enhancement, the mapped elements are exported along with the bend lines and the stamp lines. From R2021x_FD03 onwards, ‘Saving as DXF’ UI is improved.

SMD_ExtrusionMidPlaneOption

With this enhancement, user can create an extrusion with a dimension equally divided on either limits. Thanks to the “mid plane” option in the limit1 combo.
