I have some issues on opening a CATPart or CATProduct files on .

Condition 1:

1. Windows language is set to Japanese
2. Catia is set to English
3. Both files can be open in this settings.

Condition 2:

1. Windows language is set to English
2. Catia is set to English
3. Both files cannot be open in this settings
4. Error: Problem reading document. Load operation failed

Does anyone have encountered the same situation?

I will highly appreciate it if you can give me some advice on how to fix the settings in Catia V5.
