This project started with 3D scanning the vehicle and continued with the complete bumper design in CATIA.
The light housing section (shown images) was 3D printed after design, and then a mold was made from it to produce the final part using fiberglass.
One interesting part of the project was the precisely bent protection tube at the top of the bumper. It was bent as a single piece using a CNC tube bending machine, ensuring both strength and a clean, integrated look.
