Here is an example of how to do migration with features in specification tree of CATIA V4 files in CATIA V5 and CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE CLOUD.

CATIA V5 has the ability to open V4 files directly with the extension model or session. These are equivalent with CATParts and CATProducts. Same thing can be done in 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
