The Future is Martian!

If you are passionate about Space and Mars, dream to be part of a NASA mission, or to work in the space industry, this can be the best start.

Mars City Design hosts an annual Challenge where participants are learning to work in teams of multi-disciplinary backgrounds, to communicate their visions through 3D designs and visual tools, to connect with the professionals in the space industry, architecture and entertainment and understand the reality of the challenges of the Mars missions. Their selected projects gain exposures, their future full of creative synergy and unique opportunities are within reach.

This Hackhaton offers participants to gain a NEW SKILL of operating the most advanced 3D Experience software, mostly used by the top space industries in building their rockets! A \$20,000 value of 3D Experience software will be offert to each team, with mentorship from Masters of XR and Mars Environment!

On Day 1 of the Hackhaton, Mars City Design® will introduce mentors from NASA, 3D Experience of Dassault Systemes, AR & VR demo by HTC Vive and Hololens, showcasing the game rules for the Mars City Design Challenges 2020. Workshop will be offered to show the best way to present our visions in the Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality or 3D printed model.

On Day 2 everyone will be finalizing their conceptual designs in their respective teams to the judges of the Hackhaton. The theme of the Challenges this year is the Mars urban farming, the solutions to sustainability.

The prizes of the Hackhaton for the 3 Top Winners include a VIP Tour to a Space company in California.
