Within the CATIA R&D organization, you join the "CATIA R&D Define" team whose mission is to feed and implement the CATIA R&D strategy in order to achieve the brand promise "Shape the world we live in". , by ensuring the provision to our target audiences and industries of a portfolio of Industry Processes, Roles and Applications in compliance with Dassault Systèmes' milestones and quality criteria, with an unparalleled level of excellence in the market.
Your contribution:
Within CATIA R&D Define, you manage operations related to brand transformation projects.
You are responsible for operations for CATIA R&D, on CATIA's future strategic partnerships, in collaboration with CATIA strategy and R&D investment projections.
In connection with the education and R&D teams, portfolio management roles, you develop the content of CATIA programs for training and education organizations and students.
In collaboration with the R&D Apps manager, R&D roles portfolio manager and CATIA R&D and sales management teams, you contribute to investment projections for 3 and 6 years, taking into account market trends, in CATIA domains and industries, impacting our user communities. You reinforce the proposals via market studies dedicated to analyzing and responding in a sustainable and effective way to these needs.
On all the projects, a focus will be carried via the vectors of transformations that we will increase in the years to come, which are:
- Artificial intelligence across our entire 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio;
- Analysis of eco-responsibility in the design of our customers' products;
- The consideration of materials and their impacts in our solutions in order to connect with other brands on compliance with standards and regulations as well as anticipated costs;
This position is to be filled on a permanent contract and is based in Vélizy-Villacoublay.
Your Key Success Factors:
You are from a Bac+5 training (Engineering School or University)
You have experience of using CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE products with a customer or in pre-sales, allowing you to have a solid foundation in the trades around engineering, systems would be a plus and knowledge of management of digital product life cycles;
Passionate, reliable and organized, with a capacity for synthesis and presentation, you know how to be proactive, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and demonstrate a good ability to problem solving and time and priority management
- Solid and broad knowledge of engineering professions, with systemic aspects
- Knowledge of project management methods with respect to milestones
- Active listening to needs to translate them into a summary and proposal of answers;
- Effective at working in multidisciplinary and multi-organizational teams
- Know how to analyze market research data in order to draw trends and action priorities
- Piloting and leadership expertise allowing execution adherence to carry out all projects
- Know how to negotiate with different profiles in terms of knowledge and seniority as well as executive levels for important investment decisions
- Your level of English is fluent both written and spoken;
