Brand Sales Expert
In our CATIA Northern Europe organization, we are looking for a strongly motivated Sales Expert who will have a fundamental role in advancing the footprint of the CATIA / MBSE Brand by increasing sales by generating new business. You will work closely with the extended sales and technical team to sell our MBSE / CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms. You will also collaborate with the teams based across EuroNorth and HQ (Velizy, France).

This position can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, 's-Hertogenbosch, or the UK.
Role & Responsibilities
• Be the Brand Ambassador of CATIA in your region and target a new audience (Head of MBSE, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product Development) to influence our client’s business transformation journey
• Create and develop high-value and trusted relationships with Customer’s transformation Champions
• Drive the entire sales process and manage sales opportunities through forecasting, allocating account resources, and defining the appropriate account strategy in order to reach revenue targets for assigned accounts and territory
• Increase pipeline and demand generation with a consultative selling approach, identifying solutions adapted to the customer environment, negotiating pricing along with terms & conditions, and closing the sales deal
• Work in close cooperation with the entire 3DS sales team to share ideas, define and execute new business development strategies and marketing actions
• Liaison with different stakeholders, act as the focal point of contact for CATIA and developing value propositions based on ROI
Qualifications/Experience
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar which helps you to discuss both high-level strategic and specific aspects.
• Previous experience working in a Manufacturing or an Enterprise Software company.
• Previous experience in either sales, leading projects or as a management consultant, where you have assessed the needs of customers and influenced a new way of working.
• Demonstrate the ability to articulate your assumptions, your contribution to the process, and the proposed results; utilising strong communication skills with passion and purpose, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Basic understanding of MBSE tools, 3D design software tools, PLM Software, or software cloud technology.
• Hunter’s attitude, willing to drive new business utilizing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to grow long-term relationships, both internally and with clients.
• Domestic and international travel to customer sites and Dassault Systèmes offices is required.
