Porsche brought their 919 LMP1 car out of Le-Mans restriction to push their car to the limits and started setting track records round the world.

On the similar lines, I have designed an unrestricted LMH Le-Mans Hypercar prototype called 3R - SpineBuSter - II for designcontest 

It comes with a Hybrid powertrain comprising of a Twin-Turbo V8 paired with an electric motor. There is one motor spinning the turbos to eliminate Turbo-lag and two other motors driving front wheels. All of this is shrink wrapped in a Carbon fiber body work with an aggressive underbody and over the body aerodynamics package.
