Mahir is a Technical Team Lead at Cadem Digital, with strong expertise in CAD automation and high-end surface engineering. Throughout his journey with CATIA and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, he has focused on pushing the limits of what’s possible in design and engineering workflows.

He has developed advanced EKL and VBA frameworks that connect complex engineering needs with automated PLM processes, helping major OEMs in the automotive and defense industries achieve impressive efficiency gains, up to 80%.

Currently, Mahir is working on large-scale 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud migrations and improving multi-disciplinary design methods. He is also passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring, making a real impact on the community.
