Heidi Davidz is employed at ManTech International, serving as a member of the Intelligent Systems Engineering (ISE) team. In this role, she is focused on the modernization of systems engineering (SE) practices using model-based and computational technologies. Currently, her primary focus lies in process, methods, and governance, with an aim to bridge the gap between agile and waterfall system development approaches.

Heidi's professional background is rooted in aerospace and defense, particularly in the realm of rocket engine propulsion. Her experience encompasses leadership in digital engineering and model-based systems engineering implementation, along with a diverse range of roles within SE and test functions.

In a recent undertaking, Heidi assumes the role of Deputy Services Director at the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). Her responsibilities involve overseeing the creation of a Systems Engineering Lab (SE Lab). The SE Lab initiative aims to facilitate collaborative model-based efforts and the distribution of technical products in model format among INCOSE working groups and initiatives. The SE Lab itself is designed in Cameo, and the outputs are integrated into the SE Lab Service Operations Plan.
