I would like to welcome @FB that has just join CATIA Champion program 🏆

Frederic BROCHARD is 46 years old and resides in the Toulouse area in France, who he is working at AIRBUS.

Working with CATIA since 1999, he started with V4, then transitioned to V5 in 2002, and also engaged in occasional activities on 3DX since 2018. Initially, he utilized CATIA as a designer for plastic injection or compression tools, specifically for the automotive industry. His projects included designing tools ranging from 1 to 46 tons for mass production and prototypes of automotive components like bumpers, dashboard, door panels, and fenders.

In 2005, Frederic switched gears and became an aircraft structure designer. At that time, he used CATIA to study and define the Wing-to-Fuselage junction for the A380 and the entire A350 family.

Currently, he serves as a member of a Method & Tool team that focuses on developing User-Defined Features (UDFs). The team's primary goal is to define, trade, and evaluate future Aircraft structures in a more efficient manner. In this role, he has discovered the EKL (Engineering Knowledge Language) and its vast and potent capabilities.
