I would like to welcome @DG that has just join CATIA Champion program 🏆

Dustin Gerard is employed at BAE Systems, Inc., where he provides support for strategic deterrence initiatives. His current major focus involves aiding in the modernization of a legacy defense system, transitioning it from the traditional Document-Centric Systems Engineering (DCSE) approach to a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach, at least in part. Although he possesses formal education in Mechanical Engineering, he boasts several years of experience in supporting extensive IT infrastructure projects, as well as in system sustainment within the aerospace and defense sector.

In addition to his daily execution of systems engineering tasks, Dustin plays a role in the development and delivery of MBSE curriculum within his organization. Notably, recent accomplishments include successfully training a portion of their workforce on SysML, with approximately 30% of them obtaining a commercial certification through OMG. He eagerly anticipates observing the application of MBSE across various programs and discovering the innovative techniques that practitioners have devised to enhance their work.
