This project involved the design of two injection molds: one for the container and one for the lid.
In this post, I’m sharing the lid mold design.

✔️ Material: Polypropylene (PP)
✔️ Mold type: Two-plate mold
✔️ Cavities: 2 cavities, based on the customer’s production volume and machine limitations
✔️ Injection system: Hot runner with heated manifold
✔️ Focus on proper sealing, easy assembly, and manufacturability
