The complete design of the impeller is one of the basic principles that we need a complete and healthy model. In this video, a practical method for "quick" manufacturing of an impeller, which is mainly made by casting method, is presented.

Step 1: Preparing the main model for general turning by observing the required dimensions

Step 2: Machining the blades that are the same as the floor below

Step 3: Preparation of the top lid model of the impeller by turning method

Step 4: Machining the grooves on the lid in order to place it on the impeller

Step 5: Welding on the grooves where the blades are placed.

Finally, turning and sizing all surfaces according to the required dimensions
