How to permanently convert dimension scale of an already created CAD model from millimeters to meters

Actually, I need community's help related to the technical query for the change of a dimension scale in the Catia CAD model, so that file in which original dimensions are in the "mm" permanently get change into "meters" so that I can use it in the Microsoft Guides as an anchor?

Note: Microsoft Guides needed CAD Model's dimension scale in the "meters" only.
