How to link a Catia V5 assembly constraint and a parameter in the assembly or part?

How can I bind an assembly constraint (length or angle value) to a parameter in the assembly or a parameter in a part of the assembly (for example, a dimension value in a drawing) in Catia V5? What I want to do is: how do I relate a dimension in the drawing in the part to a constraint (angle or length value) in the assembly? Thus, I can parametrically combine an angle or length value in the assembly with the design of a part in the assembly. But how is this done? I will be glad if you help me. Have a nice day again.
