Can somebody please help me with the process of downloading the free trial for 3D Innovator. I have registered for my 3D Experience Platform, however I am told that I need to fill out an an 11 question registration survey. WHERE can I find this registration survey so I am able to complete my application for the 3D Innovator Free Trial
