Here is the next stage: mold design, manufacturing, and the T0 mold trial.
The project began with reverse engineering , rebuilding the geometry and optimizing it for manufacturability and injection molding constraints.
📌 During mold design, the following aspects were carefully engineered:
• Side actions (slides) for undercut release
• Ejection system layout and force distribution
• Optimized cooling channel layout
• Polymer grade selection for high-volume production
Following the T0 mold trial, the tool proceeds to minor corrections, surface polishing, and final preparation for mass production.
This stage is always exciting , when digital geometry becomes a functional molded component. 🔩✨
