Like many, I grew up fascinated by Iron Man – a character who perfectly blends human creativity and advanced technology. His iconic helmet has always been more than just armor to me: it represents innovation, engineering, and imagination without limits.

To pay tribute, I decided to recreate six different Iron Man helmets, each from a distinct era, using CATIA.

This project was both nostalgic and technical:
🔹 Surface modeling to capture the smooth yet complex curves
🔹 Assemblies to ensure structural consistency
🔹 Parametric design for adaptability across the different helmet versions
🔹 Rendering and visualization to bring each design to life in a cinematic way

What started as childhood admiration became a design challenge: pushing CATIA’s capabilities to merge engineering precision with creative storytelling.
