⚙From 3D scanning to the final injection mold manufacturing📏

This project began with 3D scanning of the original part, followed by digital modeling and design optimization. After producing a 3D printed prototype for dimensional verification and customer approval, the injection mold was designed.
Currently, the mold is under manufacturing and in its final stages, being processed with CNC machining, EDM (spark), and wire-cut operations.
