Featuring moveable aerodynamics, both front and rear wings can by modified on the straights. By rotating the 2nd and 3rd elements the wing is effectively feathered, thereby reducing downforce and increasing speed. A similar concept will be used on the rear wing.

This is the theory. It will be very interesting to see if it comes about and the excitement it will create.
