I recently upgraded to the 2024 Refresh. I have created a new branch from a project, and made changes within the File View package. When I perform a comparison or merge option, the changes do not show up. When I make changes in other packages, the changes appear in compare/merge.

Why would changes in a specific package not show up in comparisons?
