World Television Day is celebrated on 21st November each year.
Television continues to be the single largest source of video consumption. Though screen sizes have changed, and people create, post, stream and consume content on different platforms, the number of households with television sets around the world continues to rise. The interaction between emerging and traditional forms of broadcast creates a great opportunity to raise awareness about the important issues facing our communities and our planet.
World Television Day is not so much a celebration of the tool, but rather the philosophy which it represents. Television represents a symbol for communication and globalization in the contemporary world.
We therefore propose the following challenge 👇🏻
As 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA is an innovation tool, show us all communication tools you could design to improve and facilitate communications among humans!
Did you know?
- Approximately 5.4 billion people worldwide have a TV in their household
- Americans watch more television than any other country in the world. So how much do they watch? It is estimated that Americans spend 270 minutes per day watching TV.
- From 2013-2017, adults in the 65 and older demographic spent the most time watching television, about 4.3 hours, while 25-34 year olds watched the least amount per day, just over 2 hours.
- Football, of course, remains the dominant story in broadcast and cable. The most-watched program in primetime continues to be NBC's “Sunday Night Football,” averaging 18 million viewers.

2. Upload on the CATIA User Community with the tag Design Contest
3. If you are a winner (results at the enf of the month on the community) send a message into the Conversation tab to @YS with your postal address 📍, email 📧, and phone number 📱 so we can send you your unique CATIA product among our range of goodies.
You can submit your renderings & 3D Model throughout the month of November (Until December 10 at 11:59 pm UTC).
Winners 🏆 will be selected during the first fortnight of December according to criteria of innovation & sustainability of their achievement using CATIA app which can be a real innovation in the building and infrastructure domain 🏤🏨. A different competition is established between @DS participants and external CATIA users.
