For this project, I was responsible for the complete design of a custom canopy for a pickup truck.
🔹 First, we performed a 3D scan of the relevant areas of the vehicle.
🔹 Then, after alignment and cleanup of the scanned data, I designed the canopy to fit precisely on the vehicle geometry.
🔹 The canopy was manufactured using laser-cut sheet metal parts and bending processes (brake press).
🔹 The final product can be seen mounted on the vehicle in the images.
This project was a combination of reverse engineering, precise CAD modeling, and hands-on manufacturing leading to a fully functional and aesthetically matched canopy.
