I am using CATIA V5 with CBD and I am trying to find a workaround to the board shape only being able to be defined by the first PAD.

Unless I am missing something it seems very strange that the board shape can only be defined by a single pad. Printed circuit board shapes are rarely, if ever, defined by only one PAD.

Is anyone else using CATIA V5 with CBD and is able to make a board shape using more than one PAD?
