Introducing Cassio by VoltAero: an electric-hybrid plane, modular, safe, quiet, efficient and eco-friendly. Ambitious and innovative start-up VoltAero premiered at the Paris Air Show last week… to much appreciation!

And to top it off, on WIDD, we found out that we’ve just won the Janus Design Impact, an iconic French design award!!!

Design Studio & VoltAero

As you may know, Dassault Systèmes’ Design Studio is both a think tank and a consultancy, working “innovation by design” with clients, designers, architects and innovators. Our collaboration with VoltAero started in 2020, and we have been excited to see this fantastic company embrace design as they grow.

The project

We started with exploring and defining their brand universe and creating their brand book,before moving on to the overall architecture of their Cassio range and the user experience in the cockpit and cabin.

We also developed a VR experience for them to share their vision with their customers and investors at different trade shows.

All on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, all on the Cloud of course.
