I have a Dell precision 7510 at work. Nvidia Quadro m1000m gpu.

Latest drivers installed. Only 5% of the gpu is used when working with models. This of course reuslts in very poor performance rotating, zooming etc.

I have ensured that Cnext.exe is dedicated to video card in W10.
