Hi....My company is lead technology advisor to the Buyer in an M&A carve-out transaction, where the Target company is being acquired from a group of companies (Seller); the Target company shares software applications with the Seller. One of the systems (Catia V5 and V6) must be separated (Cloned? New Instance?) from the Seller and hosted independently by the Target. I'm looking to hire anyone with experience of this process.
