Here are some CATIA Design screens ready to use for your Apple Watch using the Photo Cadran display.

Just download the images bellow (on the right) on your iPhone, and add them in your Apple Watch PHOTO cadran. 

Then, depending on the image, choose the hour display position "UP' or "BOTTOM"
