I am Jochem Bähr belonging to the CATIA Mechanical Team.

Since I joined Dassault Systemes in 2010, I am responsible for almost all kind of technical topics around CATIA Composer 3D communication software.

End of 80s I began to work as a Programmer in the area of 3D Process Plant Design a few years before I got a graduate Process Engineer. My Thesis was about interfaces to a Configuration Management System.

For the next 16 years, I worked in different roles like Software Engineer, Pre Sales, Project Manager and Product manager at the German site of an US company called Auto-trol. My major scope was Configuration Management combined with CAD Systems.

Born and still based in Cologne/Germany, I am working with customers worldwide belonging to mostly all industries.

Providing this background and almost 11 years of experience in CATIA Composer, I would be glad to support you learning more about CATIA Composer an 3DMaster or to adopt and implement it.
