This document provides an overview of the composite design concepts in both the interactive and CAA scenario. This document is based on CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE 2019x and has three main parts: 
Part one, introduces the basic concepts about composite material, composite structures, the scope of the CATIA composite solution, the product required to use the solution. 
Part two, describes the basic interactive use to create and browse a model using automation methods, refining. 
Part three, includes a description of CAA models and a code sample.

AUDIENCE: This document is for people who are discovering the composite solution as new hire, consultant, developer, or designer joining a new team and so on.
