Did you know that you could automatically create Points in CATIA from an Excel file using a Knowledge Pattern feature and the EKL language ?

The attached script explains you how to proceed. Please note that the Knowledge Pattern feature needs the "TER" license and can be found in the "Engineering Rules capture" App. If you add or remove lines in the input Excel file, the Knowledge Pattern will automatically manage the number of points to add/remove.

In the example, the Excel file is stored on the disk but it could also be stored in the platform and pointed through a local Resource Table or through a " Data Setup" Resource.
