In this project, where all the information, process and mechanism have been considered from the film, and relative to the commands and functional mechanism of the equipment, as well as the behavior that the chocolate will have in this equipment, reverse engineering has been done and the construction of this filter has been done. All design and analysis have been done in CATIA software.
